Sunshine

The rain has stopped, the sun is shining, and we were able to get out for a walk around the park. It is picture perfect lovely, with nice landscaping and good use of water features and gentle hills. The entry gates are imposing.

Our site is #6013. It's a back-in on the end of the row. We're in the "Rally Circle." With only 13 sites in that circle, the New Horizons are overflowing into other nearby areas.

When we pulled in yesterday, we saw lots of Excels. On our walk around this morning, we stopped to talk with one couple, who said the Texas Excel Rally is ending and they'll be pulling out tomorrow. The newer Excels are definitely impressive looking.

Here are the three New Horizons units we traveled with. Rebecca wondered if passersby would recognize that three New Horizons were in a row--an unusual sight. We all figured that since the three rigs are from different eras, it's unlikely that anyone except another NH owner would have noticed.

Rebecca and Willis and Blayde's unit was built in 2006.

Our unit was built in 2012.

Bruce and Mary Sue's unit was built in 2001 (they bought it in early 2005)

The New Horizons quality is evident in all three rigs.
