Hot Day

Don't know what the official weather was today, but it was sure hot! Our outdoor thermometer read 94 degrees this afternoon. And did I mention it was humid?

We did our laundry this morning, so now we have all clean clothes again. You can tell we had an exciting day. One bright spot was the "ribbon cutting ceremony" for Sandy's Bar--a new gathering spot in the park. We toasted with tiny cups of warm champagne, and then headed back home to get in the air conditioning. The good news is that the air conditioner didn't freeze up.

We spent some time looking at travel planning. We're trying to figure out where to stay and what to do between Spokane and Seattle--with the complication that the Wednesday of that week is fourth of July.

We are very unhappy that our black water valve is failing to close, again. Tomorrow we'll try filling the tank a couple of times and pushing the valve in and out to try to dislodge anything that might be stuck in it. Darn, this is getting old.

We also found several tiny ants, so we sprayed around the trailer outside to head them off at the pass.
