Quiet Day?

Today was pretty much uneventful, but when you're visiting three energetic grandchildren, "quiet" doesn't exactly describe the atmosphere. (Three ring circus, maybe?) Cate and Sam designed new "Mi's" for themselves on the Wii game. Cate's has red sunglasses, and Sam's has a beard and is named "Ed." Go figure.

The forecast chance of rain and thunderstorms today was 70%, but by this morning the radio was saying 100% We still didn't get very much actual rain. It was a bit chilly and blustery as the cold front blew in.


I made chicken shepherd's pie for dinner with some of the leftover chicken.

We took showers at Ed's, as usual, to save the gray water tank space. We might actually make it the whole two weeks without dumping, since we spend so much time away from home.
