Live From Nashville

Our McAllen Community Concert this evening was Live From Nashville, described as a song and dance spectacular. They played and sang selections from Today's Country, Early Classics Medley, 1990's Country, Great Country Duets, New Country Classics, and American Country. (I'm not really sure how God Bless America and America the Beautiful got to be a country songs, but the audience loved them.)

The entire cast was talented and lively. Both of the women singers had great voices. But the star of the show was the fiddle player, Katie Keller. She played an amazingly mean fiddle. Steve and Jan rode with us, and we all agreed that it was a very entertaining show.

Earlier in the day we walked and  danced C-2 to Randy. After the dance we went to Subway for lunch and then to the dermatologist's office. I got a clean bill of health. Ken had some spots frozen. We both got samples to try and advice to use products for sensitive skin and to wear gloves when washing dishes.
