Plans

We made our reservations tonight for camping to attend Romney's June Fling in Missouri. We'll be staying at the Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park, which Hardy and Judy recommended. It's about ten miles from the dance site and looks like a pretty, peaceful place. Of course we won't be spending much time at the campground--we'll be in Chesterfield, dancing, Friday night and all day Saturday.

This morning after our walk I took the little table back over to the woodworking shop. Adrian helped me again. The two of us put in over an hour doing the finishing sanding. He is a real perfectionist! He put some sample stains on the bottom of the base, and tomorrow I hope to get the finish on it.

This afternoon we danced to Randy at Pharr South. He was calling a lot of concentric things, many of which were pretty hard to see. We're still having difficulty telling what formation we should end up in and which calls are shape changers. Good practice.

Tonight we played a couple of rounds of Rummikub. I won both of them, but didn't gain many points, so it's still anyone's game.
