Hot Water!

After our laments in this blog about troubles with our water heater, our friend Tom Clapham, a fellow Excel owner, sent us some suggestions. We took his sage advice and cleaned the contacts on the control board. We were delighted to find that this seems to have completely solved our problems. Yay! Thanks, Tom.

The exercise class I've been attending uses a yoga video on Mondays. I do my best to follow along, but it's clear that some of my muscles are pretty wimpy! The instructor does say that it's fine to modify according to your abilities (or disabilities?)

We tried to find a place to park overnight on our route between New Bern and Asheville, NC. We usually have good luck with Walmarts, but not in North Carolina. We ended up calling a Cracker Barrel. They are very RV friendly. Now we still have to find someplace to stay in the Asheville area for a couple of nights that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
