Quiet Day

Today was a pretty quiet day--we slept in and went for a bike ride around the park. Ken also decided to try to fix the bathroom fan, which has been getting noisier and noisier. We are not naturally terribly handy about these things, but it was driving us crazy. When we took the cover off, it was apparent that the plastic frame had broken in two places. After we finally figured out how to get it down from the ceiling, Ken glued it and I taped it. We were quite pleased at our handiwork, but we also took photos of the problem to send to our manufacturer to get the fan replaced under warranty, since we know our fix will be temporary.

Tonight we went to Romney's workshop and danced with our friends Wes and Jenske, John and Sandy, Jack and Jill, John and Margie, Jesse and JoAnn, and lots more.

For lunch we had leftover red beans and sausage on rice, and for supper Black and Gold Rice and Beans.
