Quiet Day

We had a quiet day today. Skipped breakfast at Rosie's in favor of sleeping in a bit and fixing breakfast at home (tomato juice, citrus fruit, organic free-range eggs, turkey sausage patties, and actual whole wheat toast with soy milk and coffee, yum!).

We thought today might be very rainy from the forecast, but the rain held off, so we rode our bikes to the state park. We ran into Judy as we were leaving the park. She had been walking but decided to cut her walk a bit short because she felt a little off.

This evening we watched the first episode of Mr. Selfridge, Season 2. We missed watching it last year, so we've recorded the rebroadcasts over the last two Sundays in preparation for the beginning of Season 3. We recognize our old friends from Season 1, but the situation is complicated for all kinds of reasons, including the outbreak of WWI.
