This morning after breakfast we heard footsteps on the roof. No, it wasn't Santa Claus--it was Roberto and helpers starting to wash the Majestic. Three guys spent four hours washing and hand waxing the rig and the truck. Boy do they shine!
This afternoon we went to HEB to pick up some things for our contribution to Christmas dinner. We ended up parking out near the street because the parking lot was jammed. We weren't the only ones doing some last minute shopping for Christmas. At least we won't be going into any stores tomorrow!
We filled up with diesel at HEB too, for $2.99 a gallon, down from over $4 earlier this year. The last time we paid under $3 for diesel was in 2010.
