Changeable Weather

We walked around Green Gate Grove this morning but didn't get our evening walk in. By the time we got home, it was dark and drizzly.

Ken had a cataract check this afternoon. We learned some things about cataract surgery. Ken's cataracts haven't progressed so far that he would need surgery to be able to see. The doctor left it pretty much up to him to decide when to have surgery. Ken decided to go back in a year for a cataract check.

We went to Costco afterward since we were nearby. We got mainly produce, but of course we also got lots of free samples.

Our friends Steve and Jan had their truck damaged today. While they were stopped at a stop sign in our park, one of the residents backed into them. Fortunately the truck is high enough and the car was low enough that damage was limited to the passenger side running board. That's a $1,500 fix... And Steve babies his truck, so it's a low blow....
