Pleasant Day

The sun broke through earlier today, and the high was 76 degrees. We've decided that winter is over in the RGV, so out to the hot tub and lounge chairs. We did our laundry and enjoyed some delicious chicken and wild rice soup made by Joyce.


All the news shows were dissecting Obama's inaugural address today. Lots of pronouncements. Democrats were generally pleased. The people who wanted someone else to win the election predictably were not pleased. We'll have to wait for the State of the Union to hear more concrete proposals.
