We welcomed in 2013 with our square dancing friends tonight. We started with a pre-party at Jean's place. She had fun fixing some great recipes, including a baked brie in puff pastry and a delicious guacamole made with tofu (you'd never guess). The place she rents in Pharr South makes for great entertaining, as does the hostess with the mostest!
Randy Dougherty called some fun advanced and C-1 dancing. We shared lots of snacks and socializing. Randy and Darlene and some of the Pharr South dancers put out a baked potato bar with extra large potatoes, chili, and lots of toppings. A great time was had by all.
2012 has flown by! We're trying to spend some time regularly on financial planning and travel planning, but we have lots left to do.
