Shopping and Dancing

We got up early this morning to put out an empty propane tank to be refilled. Pony Express Propane comes every day to the park, but their schedule isn't regular. We've been trying to stay at the rig and watch for them so we could ask the driver to put the full tank back up in the compartment. Ken isn't allowed to lift that much weight, and I've had problems wrangling full propane tanks. Today, despite limiting our morning walk to inside our park, we missed the propane truck. We had put out the tank and an envelope with the payment, so the tank was filled and waiting for us when we got home. I decided to see if I could lift it. I must be growing some muscles! I got the tank in the compartment and Ken hooked it up.

This afternoon we danced to Darryl at TVA. We must have been anxious to dance, because we went over an hour early. Our other afternoon dances are at 1:00 p.m., and we lost track of the fact that this one starts at 2:00 p.m. Not to worry, though--we just took advantage of the time to go to Target.

We made some progress towards seeing a doctor here. We called one office of a doctor we thought we'd really like. He got great recommendations on the web and is board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. Unfortunately, he is taking only one new Medicare patient a month, and 2011 is full, with 13 people on the waiting list. We added our names to the waiting list, but we also called another doctor. This time we were able to make an appointment on February 24 for both of us. I also called to arrange to have my earlier mammogram films sent for comparison with the ones made in September that raised some questions.
