Overcast

We did not see the sun once today--that hasn't happened much since we've been here: we're spoiled. We picked up our forwarded mail, and it's easy to tell that it's tax season. It was all tax forms. Even the State of California tracked us down.

This afternoon we went to Jerry Story's dance, but Ken brought a book and his camera. Lee danced with Ida and Kristy Story.

Breakfast was grapefruit, banana bread, and cereal. Lunch was leftover chicken broccoli rice casserole. For dinner we had pork in tomatillo sauce over rice and chile relleno casserole made with poblano and anaheim chiles. Both were definitely spicy, and Lee regretted not wearing plastic gloves to work with the peppers, which burned her fingers.
