Back in Tyler

Long travel day today, but we made it to Tyler State Park. We chose a campsite carefully to avoid the problems we had with getting out of the site last time (we do learn from experience--it just mostly has to be pretty painful experience). This time we've got an attractive site and a site that's going to be easy to pull out of. We like this park for the large empty spaces in front of most of the sites.















We also wanted to put up the TV dish, so we needed a view of the southern sky. Ken is very pleased that the last few times he has set up the dish, he's pointed it and come inside, turned on the TV, and voila! we've got a picture.


Lee is very pleased that we finally have national PBS access through Distant Network Services. We originally got only the east and west coast feeds of the major networks and FOX.
