Both Hardy and Steve are currently patients in Doctors' Hospital at Renaissance. Steve knew in advance that he'd be there: he was scheduled for surgery on Tuesday to improve the circulation in his left leg. Hardy's visit was impromptu: he had unplanned brain surgery on Tuesday to drain an acute subdural hematoma. The two could not be put in the same room, but that didn't stop them from texting jokes back and forth!
Steve had a lot of nice things to say about the staff and care, and even some positive words about the food!
We weren't able to visit Hardy because he was in a stroke care area, but Judy met us in the lobby and filled us in on his progress.
