Glub, Glub, Glub!

We woke up to more rain. Then we got an email message from Recreation.gov. It was a cancellation of our stay June 8-10 at Taylor Ferry COE campground. Guess what? It's underwater too. But the email doesn't indicate any reason for the cancellation....so I called, just to be sure. We hustled again and came up with Plan B. Now we have a reservation at Arrowhead Lake State Park for those two nights.

I called ahead to Babler State Park near St. Louis. We'll be staying there for Romney's June Fling. The woman who answered the phone assured me that the campground is on high ground and in no danger of flooding.
